The Master of Public Health is appropriate for health professionals furthering their career in the health and human services field, including county, state and federal health agencies, community-based organizations and public institutions dedicated to the improvement of population health status. The combination of evening coursework in community health education combined with an option for thesis research, field experience, project or a comprehensive examination makes the Masters of Public Health the preferred terminal degree for public health professionals.
